Liberal Party Divisional Conference
Dr. Graham Jacobs and wife Kathryn visited Kalgoorlie on 2nd July 2005 to take in the Kalgoorlie South Division Annual Conference for the Liberal Party.
Ms. Keetha Wilkinson stepped down as president and Mr. Tim Larcombe was congratulated as the new president.
The other new office bearers are:

- Alan Dungey- Vice-President
- Michelle Pownall- Vice-President
- Gwydia Lanagan- Vice-President
- Renae Soutar- Secretary
- Mike Hutson- Treasurer
Mr. Barry Haase gave the Federal Address and Senator Alan Eggleston the Senate Address.
Motions presented from the notice paper were pertaining to nuclear waste storage of Mt. Watson and consideration of uranium mining and nuclear power.
Motions will go to State Conference.
John Fawcett also presented a motion concerning "individual rights" which must be important to all liberals. This will also go to State Conference.
Broome Raffle Ticket Draw
Dr. Graham Jacobs was also privileged to draw the winning ticket for all expenses Broome trip at Professionals Real Estate.
The Lucky winners were Jackie and Norm Martin. They were informed by telephone as they were already travelling.
Those people eligible in the draw were those who listed their properties exclusively with Professional's and had a sale in last 3 months.
